'Radical' Semi Automatic Double Disc Polishing Machine Model RSMP-2S + MPT is having 200/250/300mm dia two polishing interchangeable discs made of brass or aluminum with polishing cloth holding clamps. Discs rotating speed is 50 to 1000 RPM which is controlled by Front Panel Touch Screen having stepless AC drive with digital LED display of RPM. Outer body of the machine is fabricated form strong FRP to avoid rusting. Fitted with heavy duty high torque 1 HP motor.
MPT head suitable for polishing three samples of dia 30mm each at a time, with 0-40 N pressure. Head rotates clockwise at a fixed speed of 50 RPM.
For fluid /water supply, two taps with adjustable valves are fitted. Water drainage port is built-in the machine.
Machine operates on 220V-230V / 50 Hz / Single Phase.
