Product Description

APPLICATIONS :
Manufacturing & Quality Control: The instrument is used to check for internal residual stress in molded plastics, and PET bottles. Unseen stress points can cause premature cracking or manufacturing defects

Polariscope is used to identify and evaluate residual strain in plastic & PET bottle containers and similar products.  

These Polariscope works on the principle of using polarized light to identify strain in plastic &  PET bottle. Polariscope incorporates a polarizing filter to convert white light into a polarized light source that is then directed through a pet sample. Actual level of stress (temper grade) can easily be determinated by comparing colors exhibited during the best with those produced by calibrated standards.
