It is designed for both heating and cooling options. It is generally used for incubation
where a high degree of constant temperature accuracy is required.
These incubators are widely used in the pharmaceutical and beverage industries, in
waste treatment plants, in research laboratories and in the agricultural industry for the
routine determination of the Bio-chemical oxygen demand (B.O.D.).
The inner chamber is made up of anodized aluminum or stainless steel.
It is supplied with two/three removable perforated shelves.
The exterior is made up of a thick sheet of mild steel duly finished in powder coating.
For working at lower temperatures, a cooling unit is provided at the lower portion of the
working chamber, whereas a heating arrangement has been made in the inner chamber
for working at higher temperatures.
The temperature varies from 10C to 70C, and with increment of 1C, and is adjustable at any
desired point by a LED Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum
Controller with an accuracy of 0.5C.
Cooling with CFC free system, ISI marked, sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil &
condenser, with Eco-friendly refrigerants.
An air circulation fan is provided to keep the temperature uniform inside the chamber.
A double walled door is provided with a magnetic gasket and a lock & key arrangement.
The inner door is made out of a clear acrylic sheet allowing the inspection of the material
in the chamber, without disturbing the chamber temperature.
Door operated inner LED illumination has been provided.
Mounted on lockable caster wheels for easy movement.
Safety features having alarm for low and high temperature, voltage auto, cutoff.
