These incubators are designed for precise temperature control and simultaneous shaking applications ; and are widely used in research labs for cell culturing, cell aeration, fermentation studies, and solubility studies.
Our incubator has a standard double wall fabrication.
The outer wall is made of mild steel and is duly finished with powder coating.
The inner chamber is made of a thick stainless steel sheet.
The gap between the two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool.
The glass window makes it possible to inspect specimens without disturbing the inner temperature.
The unit has a temperature range from ambient to 60ËšC.
The temperature is controlled by a Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller with an accuracy of ± 0.5ËšC.
An air circulation fan is provided to maintain stability throughout.
The speed of the shaker is variable, from 30 RPM to 250 RPM.
The tray of the shaker is also made of stainless steel sheet with lotus type clamps to hold flasks.
The unit is fitted with a Digital RPM meter, 999 min digital time.
OPTIONAL :
1.Timer 0-24 hours.
2.16 flasks of 100 ml instead of 9 flasks of 250 ml (POR).
3. 9 flasks of 500 ml or 25 flasks of 100 ml instead of 16 flasks of 250 ml (POR).
4.25 flasks of 250 ml or 36 flasks of 100 ml instead of 16 flask of 500 ml (POR).
NOTE : Clamps for different sizes of flasks are available at an extra cost.
